Certified Social Worker
“My personal philosophy of therapy is centered around the belief that we all are inherently capable of self healing and growth as long as we are able to remove the barriers in our lives that block our path. My approach to therapy is built around offering a safe place to discover and remove those barriers, experiment with new opportunities and growth, and sculpt ourselves and our lives into what we want them to be.”
“We are all experts of our own lives and only the client knows what changes need to be made. My role as the therapist is to help reflect those ideas back to the client and offer perspectives and ideas that might be hidden or feel inaccessible to the client. Then collaboratively, we work to reach those goals.”

Master of Social Work, UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY (2023).
When I am not working I can usually be found out in my community kayaking, hiking with my dog, or even camping if I can manage the time. On days where I cannot get away with that you might find me playing a video game or enjoying a board-game with friends.
