Bachelor of Science in Social Work, WEBER STATE UNIVERSITY (2008)

Master of Science in Social Work, WEBER STATE UNIVERSITY (2026)

Julie has a special interest in working with adolescents, adults, and committed couples. She is passionate about helping clients live meaningful, fulfilling lives. She has experience supporting individuals navigating OCD and anxiety and is comfortable using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), an evidence-based approach proven to help with these concerns.

Julie began her career working in adoption, supporting birth parents and prospective adoptive families through both the challenges and joys of the process. This formative experience deepened her belief that every person is the expert on their own life, and it continues to shape her client-centered, empowering approach to therapy.

In every session, Julie strives to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore their inner world. She collaborates with clients to uncover strengths, clarify values, and find creative, evidence-based solutions tailored to each person’s unique goals and life circumstances.

Outside of work, Julie enjoys spending time with her husband and three kids. She loves reading, travel and attempting to befriend every cat she meets.
