Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Philosophy
“There are parts of your story that deserve to be heard with care, not judgment. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you don’t have to edit who you are. My work is
rooted in narrative therapy, helping clients understand their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and move toward a more grounded sense of self. I aim to create a space that is welcoming, collaborative, and culturally responsive, where teens, adults, and families, especially those who haven’t always felt understood, can feel seen and
supported.”

Education & Experience
Bachelor of Arts in Family Studies, WEBER STATE UNIVERSITY (2006).
Master of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy, PACIFIC LUTHERAN UNIVERSITY (2009).
There are parts of your story that deserve to be heard with care, not judgment. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families who are navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, and questions about identity and belonging. Whether you’re feeling
overwhelmed, stuck, or simply trying to make sense of your experiences, therapy can be a place to slow down, reflect, and begin to move forward in a way that feels more grounded and intentional.
My approach is rooted in narrative therapy, which means I see you as more than theproblems you’re facing. Together, we explore the stories that have shaped your life, making space for both the pain and the resilience that often go unnoticed. I believe meaningful change happens in relationship, so I focus on creating a space that is collaborative, respectful, and responsive to your lived experience, including the cultural
contexts that matter to you.
I have over 17 years of experience working in mental health and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. My work is trauma-informed and relational, and I draw from approaches that support individuals, couples, and families in strengthening connection, communication, and self-understanding. I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relational conflict, and the impact of past experiences on present-day life.
I strive to create a space where you don’t have to filter or perform, a space where you can show up as you are and feel met with care and respect. My hope is that through our work together, you feel more connected to yourself, more grounded in your relationships, and
more confident in the direction you’re moving. Reaching out for support can be a
meaningful first step, and I’d be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
