“I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and heal, even when life feels overwhelming. In therapy, I aim to offer a space where you can share openly, explore new
perspectives, and develop tools that bring hope and resilience. My approach is compassionate, practical, and centered on what matters most to you. Together, we’ll work
toward building a life that feels more balanced, connected, and authentic.”

Jamie has experience working with individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds and life circumstances. This work includes supporting clients through crisis intervention, depression, anxiety, trauma, questions of identity, relationship strain, and obsessive- compulsive tendencies. She has worked with adolescents and adults in various settings, including inpatient treatment and outpatient therapy. Her experience includes working with veterans, first responders, military families, at-risk adolescents, children and adults navigating the foster care system, individuals with obsessive-compulsive tendencies, young adults transitioning into adulthood, and those who have experienced trauma across the lifespan.
Jamie offers a person-centered approach, trusting that each client is the expert of their own life. Pulling from multiple treatment modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, and Mindfulness- Based approaches—Jamie tailors therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual and believes that an effective therapeutic approach is derived from therapist and client working together to create a plan that fits the client’s goals and needs. This involves creating a space where the client feels safe, can recognize their strengths, explore challenges without judgement, and is supported in self-growth and healing.
At the heart of Jamie’s work is a belief that healing happens through connection and understanding. She listens deeply to client stories, helping them reframe their experiences in ways that foster resilience, growth, and meaningful change. Jamie brings authenticity,
compassion, understanding, and transparency to the therapeutic process, honoring the humanity and strengths each person brings to the room. She values the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative partnership, where trust and safety create the foundation for
lasting change.
Jamie grew up in a ranching community in Nevada, where she developed a deep love and appreciation for the natural world and all who inhabit it. Outside of the office, Jamie enjoys wildlife photography, traveling the world, and spending time in the mountains. She spends
her free time exploring the outdoors, painting, creating stained glass pieces, paddle boarding, tracking wildlife, gardening, and adventuring with her Bernese Mountain Dog. For Jamie, the most rewarding part of this work is building genuine connections with
clients and walking alongside them as they build a life that feels authentic and fulfilling
