Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
Philosophy
“I believe therapy should be a space where your story is truly honored, your identities are affirmed, and your relationships are nurtured with care and intention. I work alongside individuals, couples, and families, especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community, non- traditional, and polyamorous relationships/families, to explore emotions, navigate faith /spirituality, challenge unhelpful patterns, and reconnect with their strengths, goals, and purpose. The therapy room is a space for you to DARE to change. I will challenge you and support you as you heal, grow, and create hopeful, meaningful relationships and the life you deserve.”

Casey (he/them) has the heart for helping individuals, couples, and families transform their relationships and lives. With over four years of experience in crisis intervention, adolescent care, addiction support, and adult psychiatric settings, Casey brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to the therapy room. Casey is approachable, compassionate, and “real”—someone who listens deeply, holds space with warmth, and offers gentle challenging to encourage you to become who you want to be.
Having faced their own mental health challenges and navigated complex identity questions, Casey is passionate about offering the same support and compassion they once needed; while empowering clients to find their own path forward. Specializing in work with LGBTQIA+ individuals, couples, and families, Casey understands the complexities of living at the intersection of sexuality, spirituality, and identity. Raised in the LDS church and now affirming of all faiths and beliefs, they create a safe, non-judgmental space where every part of you can be honored and explored.
Casey’s approach is integrative and entirely personalized. Drawing from Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and the Gottman Method, they help clients rewrite unhelpful stories, shift long-standing patterns, and reconnect with their strengths. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles (traditional and non-traditional), identity crises, life transitions, or faith crises, Casey offers thoughtful connection and a direct style that invites growth without sacrificing safety or compassion.
When they’re not in session, Casey enjoys yoga, pickleball, hiking, experimenting with new baking recipes, interior design, crafting/DIY projects, nerding out over a psychology book, getting lost in a show, or cuddling with their cat, Honey.
Casey’s motto: The therapy room is a space for you to DARE to change. If you’re ready to rewrite your story and step into the life you deserve, let’s do it together!!
