Education & Experience

Bachelor of Integrated Studies with emphases in Anthropology, German, & Music, WEBER STATE UNIVERSITY (2016).

Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, WESTMINSTER COLLEGE (2021).

Anne specializes in working with individuals and couples who are struggling with trauma, emotional regulation, relationship conflict, grief, and military/veteran concerns. She also has experience working with individuals who deal with depression, anxiety, mood and personality disorders, as well as adjustment disorders.

Anne has over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults with varying mental health needs while working to complete her education. She has worked in both inpatient hospital settings, residential treatment facilities, and outpatient therapy. Anne is trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive-Behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Client-Centered Therapy, Career Counseling, Somatic Therapy, Attachment, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Positive Psychology, Feminist-Multicultural approaches, and Solution-Focused therapy.

When Anne is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband. She enjoys traveling, listening to and playing music, cooking, anything Scottish, reading, writing, researching, designing, and watching classic films.
