Philosophy

“Are you struggling with a challenging, intimate, social, family, or work relationship? Is it impacting your self-worth and self-confidence? Are you feeling controlled, belittled, hurt, cheated, afraid, or limited? Are you ready to change the dynamics of the relationship?”

“If so, you might find it helpful to meet with someone who has experienced these feelings and understand how difficult it can be to manage these feelings. Let’s begin by identifying your talents and strengths to help you live, laugh, love, and let go of past hurts.”
