Philosophy
“I believe that everyone’s journey through therapy is unique. Someday’s it maybe skillbuilding and problem-solving; other days may be venting and emotional processing. It’s vital to the therapeutic process to find a therapist that can provide a safe environment for vulnerability to occur and to empower you to make the changes through this journey.”
