Cassie has spent 13 years teaching and studying yoga and meditation. Several of those years were also spent life coaching clients. She loves the process of assisting individuals in identifying their goals, purpose, and dreams and bringing them to life.
Throughout her career, Cassie has also worked as a family advocate assisting families experiencing poverty. She completed her first year social work internship in a private hospital assisting families and patients with health crises and end of life decisions. Cassie’s diverse background gives her perspective and skills to address a variety of life challenges.
Outside of work, Cassie enjoys traveling, acrobatics, yorkies, family time, meaningful conversation, guitar, and dancing. Cassie and her husband have a blended family including five children. She highly values a peaceful loving home and spends most of her spare time with her family.
