Aubri has experience working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Aubri specializes in working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and obsessive-compulsive disorders. Aubri also has experience working with clients experiencing low self-esteem and self-harm behaviors.

In her 3 years as a clinician, Aubri has worked as a school-based therapist for both a middle school and high school, in outpatient settings, and as an intensive outpatient therapist at the OCD & Anxiety Treatment Center.

Aubri is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Mind Body Bridging, and Motivational Interviewing. She recently completed training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is excited to start using these tools to help
her clients process their life experiences. Aubri is passionate about continuing to learn so that she has a variety of evidence-based tools to help clients as the unique individuals they are.

In her free time, Aubri can often be found with her dog and a good book. She is passionate about traveling and has enjoyed volunteering as a humanitarian trip leader for youth in various locations around the world
