Marriage & Family Therapy Intern
“Everyone desires a space in which they can feel safe to heal. A place to go where someone can feel a sense of control over their life and have their experiences validated. Therapy offers a space where people can approach their mental health curiosity, rather than fear, and begin to write their story the way they want it to go.”

Ashley is currently working towards her master’s degree in marriage and family therapy with a specialty in trauma informed care. She spent some time working in public education and has always loved working with children of all ages. She has always had a passion to help others with the challenges that they might be facing. This passion has led her to the therapy room where she strives to collaborate with and empower her clients who are struggling with their mental health.
Ashley specializes in working with children, adolescents, and adults who have experienced trauma and grief/loss. She understands the impact that trauma, grief, and loss can have on individuals, families, and relationships. Through a strength-based and solution-focused approach she offers a safe environment and therapy experience where her clients can learn to cope with the trauma and loss that they have endured. Ashley specializes in working with military/veteran families, first responder families, and abuse survivors.
In Ashleys spare time, she loves to curl up on the couch with a delightful book or new crochet pattern and skein of yarn. She strives to spend as much time in nature as she can by camping and going on adventures with her friends, family, and dog. She has a passion for physical activity and the healing qualities that movement can bring to an individual’s life.
