“Life has the capacity to offer us a variety of beautiful and difficult experiences. I believe those experiences are deepened when people can truly be seen by others and themselves. Therapy can be one of the uniquely safe places for this self-exploration to take place.”

Education & Experience

Bachelor of Science in Psychology, BRIGHAM YOUNG UNIVERSITY (2025).

Master of Science in Social Work, UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY (2028).

Like a close friend we all have an inner self that deserves to be seen. Getting to know the world inside ourselves can be surprising, challenging, and rewarding. For those feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just curious, therapy can be a space that helps you look inward and ground yourself in what matters most.

My approach is one of meeting you where you are. Whatever you feel most drawn to speak on, points to what your inner world may need. I have a deep respect for life and each person’s individual experiences. Respect, safety, honesty, and collaboration are some of the values that guide my approach.

I have experience working with eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, faith transitions, and existentialism. As someone who is also on the journey of self-acceptance and discovery, I value the opportunity to be a part of your experience.

Outside of work, I enjoy going on walks, laughing with my partner, taking up new creative projects, and making yummy food. I feel grateful to be alive and try to view life as play, something to experiment with and enjoy.
