“I believe meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their emotions, relationships, experiences, and patterns with curiosity. Education & Experience

Bachelor of Science in Forensic Behavioral Health, CALIFORNIA STATE UNIVERSITY, FRESNO (2022).

Masters of Arts in Marriage & Family Therapy, ALLIANT INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY (2024).

As a therapist, I enjoy working with children, individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, women’s issues, and life transitions.

My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in a family systems perspective. I incorporate Play Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed interventions based on each client’s unique needs.

My professional experience includes working within the justice and foster care systems, supporting individuals, children, and families through challenging life experiences and transitions. These experiences strengthened my understanding of how relationships, family dynamics, and life experiences shape who we are.

I was born and raised in Fresno, California, where my passion for helping others began. During my undergraduate years, I realized I wanted to help individuals and families heal from generational patterns and reduce the stigma surrounding mental health within the Hispanic community. Outside of therapy, I enjoy cooking and baking, spending time with my family, and being with my fur babies.
