Philosophy

“I believe healing begins in a space where clients feel genuinely safe, seen, and free to share their experiences without fear of judgment. I value creating an environment where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and life experiences at their own pace. I believe people deserve the freedom to change, grow, question themselves, and even redefine what feels right for them as they move through the therapeutic process.”

I believe therapy should provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel free to share their experiences, emotions, and struggles openly. I value creating a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and compassion, where clients feel empowered to grow and heal as they learn more about themselves. I believe in the strength and resilience each person already carries and the power of feeling truly heard and understood.

As a therapist, I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to be themselves without fear of judgment. I believe therapy is a collaborative process and feel honored to support clients as they navigate life’s challenges, relationships, healing, and personal growth. My approach is compassionate, authentic, and client-centered, with a focus on helping individuals feel heard, empowered, and understood.

I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and have experience supporting survivors of domestic violence as well as children navigating grief and loss . I especially enjoy helping women navigate life transitions, rediscover their strengths, and find their place and sense of purpose in life. I also recognize and encourage the mind-body connection through movement, exercise, nourishing the body, and building awareness of how the body holds and responds to stress and emotion. I am passionate about supporting clients as they build self-awareness, resilience, and confidence in themselves and their ability to move forward.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and staying connected through meaningful experiences together. This can look like sharing a family dinner, working out with friends, or going on trips and exploring new places. I love to travel and experience different cultures, which I find both grounding and inspiring. These moments of connection, movement, and exploration are an important part of how I recharge and stay present in my own life.
