Life can be difficult, but our experiences don’t have to define us. I believe everyone deserves the chance to shape their own story and identity. As a retired military spouse, mother of four, and special needs parent, I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. My goal is to support individuals through life’s challenges by offering new perspectives, tools, and hope to create the life they want. I honor each person’s journey and help them uncover the strength and courage they already hold.
I focus on clients’ strengths and tailor therapy to meet their unique needs, using approaches such as ACT, CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, ART (Advanced trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy), Emotion-Focused, and Mindfulness-based therapies. My work is also informed by bio/psycho/social, humanistic, psychodynamic, Polyvagal theory, relational, experiential and family systems perspectives.
I specialize in working with women, military/veterans/first responders and their families, as well as those navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD/Autism/Neurodiverse, OCD, trauma/ PTSD, parenting, divorce, and relationship challenges.
Outside of work, I love reading, crafting, being in nature, and spending time with my family.
