Morgan specializes in working with individuals and families experiencing difficulties that include: parent child conflict, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, motivation, trauma, and adjustment issues related to adoptive/foster families. She also has experience working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.
Morgan has over 4 years experience in the mental health field working with adolescents, children and their parents. She has worked in residential treatment facilities, and elementary schools with kids on behavioral intervention plans. Morgan also worked in treatment and intervention services for autism spectrum disorder, and at an inpatient pediatric psychiatric hospitalization unit. She recognizes the influence the community, family unit, and individual has in development.
When Morgan is not meeting with clients, she enjoys being with friends and family, doing arts and crafts, taking pictures, and taking her cat to the park (It’s an adventure cat. Haha). She most enjoys traveling with her husband and trying new things. She is recently married and has loved blending her American culture with her Husband’s Colombian culture. In the home she speaks solely Spanish enabling her to be fluent as well as having proficient translation capabilities.
